30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at info@teehive.co.uk with your order number. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please provide clear photos or an unboxing video of the item and packaging when you contact us. This allows us to assess the situation and make it right.
Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Custom or personalised products (items made to your specification, including custom printed clothing)
• Sale items
• Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return your original item. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
